Web Design Process
Our design and development process is fairly basic and we try to lay it out as clearly as possible in every proposal we create.
Generally our website design process goes something like this:
Web Questionnaire: To start with we ask each client to fill out a web questionnaire to help us better correctly determine goals & objectives as well as the desired features for the website.
Contract: Then we create a contract from which we try our best to cover everything included in the site design and form and function. The price of the website is included in the contract.
Proof: We create visual concepts and send out for proof review by the client. The client would return the proof with any changes or request noted on the form. We adjust the proof until the client has signed off on the proof.
Development: We build the site layout using our cfConductor. We add the modules and features that were identified in the quote process. We develop any programming features which are needed and add them to the cfConductor.
Testing: Our site testers will give the site a test-drive. We prepare the site to be viewed by the client.
Preview: We place the “ready” website in a preview site for review by our client. The client would be issued a username and password to the cfConductor and encouraged to begin to add the content for the website. If issues arise during this process we make necessary refinements and fixes.
Training: We setup a meeting with the client to go over the how to’s on using the cfConductor and the basic operation of the website itself. We go over how to put content in and style it to make it look correct. We demo the functions need to upload pictures and basic page layout.
Live: We move the DNS and launch the website!

It is so easy to use and maintain I can’t thank you enough. Your customer service is the best I have ever found anywhere!
