Redundant - Every server PLS Creative Solutions puts online can do all the services that are needed to keep your site up. What that means is if one server goes down we can move everything over to another server quickly and keep your site up until we recover that problem. The end result is your site is up when your visitors are there to view it.
Backups - Websites are backup up nightly to a SAN. We monitor this process with a application that alerts our tech support staff of any problems through this process.
Multiple ISPs – We have several of the major Internet Service Providers connections to our servers. If one ISPs service goes down we have several others to connect to automatically, keeping your website up and your identity in tack.
