Examples of Automation:

Online WebStore: In this project we created a way for employees and or clients/customers to order or reorder marking material. Either print, promotional or apparel, all from one place at the same time. The fullfilment process had to integrate with the clients current fullfillment process. The finished project is a solution that modifies our WebStore solution to automate the process for a fortune 1000's marcom business.

Online Event/Class Registration – In this project, the client needed to be able to create classes and electives and allow teachers control of the online content. We tracked attendance and schedules and ran reports on every facet of this project. We created an online registration via their main website that allowed everyone to register online. Saving the client time and man hours. The finished product was an end to end solution that automated the processes of the event.

Inventory / Customer Management – In this project, we had to maintain a list of inventory spread over different locations in several states. All sales people needed to be able to see the inventory at every location. They needed to be able to search the inventory from each location. They need to keep track of their clients and what inventory they had purchased in the past and when they might buy again. They needed to be able search to see if a new client was someone else’s customer, to keep one location from competing against another location.

Time Clock / Reporting System – More than one client has had a need for a system to track time and calculate pay or rewards based on the data collected. We have developed many type of time reporting systems over the years that are specific to the needs of our clients. From the simple time tracking to the much more complicated time against a service tracking system.

Ticket Tracking System – In this project, the client ran a computer support help desk and needed a system to track inventory of parts and computers and to manage the helpdesk calls. Also they needed a way to bill out the parts and systems they purchased to the different locations and departments in those locations. We developed a tool for them that allowed the technicians to use their blackberries to enter/update/close tickets in the system and track the amount of time each location/department needed the help desk.

Survey System – In this project, we created a business system for a client that preformed surveys on behalf of local car dealerships. They needed a way to create the specific survey the client wanted. Then collect the car dealerships customers and assign them to a caller who would call the customer and record the results of the survey in the system. Each caller got paid on the number of completed surveys, so we tracked the payroll for this project. Each data entry person got paid for every name they entered into the system, so we had to track and report on that. Then the results are compiled into a synopsis and then printed and delivered to the car dealership on a weekly basis. Reports were crucial to this project so we created ways for them to create new reports as the business evolves.

Communicate with Customers – For several of our builders, we have developed a system that allows them to communicate the progress of the job without the home owner having to come out to the job site to see the progress. We have a signup process, a progress blog with pictures and a change request system that allows the builder to track all the communication with each home owner. Simplifying the process for the builder and keeping the home owner fully up to date on the progress of their new home.
